These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Happy Health Ladies Fitness application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the App

Happy Health Ladies Fitness is an invite-only fitness application that provides fitness courses, communication features, and related content.

2. Eligibility and Access

The App is intended for adults. Access is restricted and requires a valid invitation or referral code issued by an authorized trainer or administrator.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when using the App and must keep their account credentials and device secure.

The App supports authentication through Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In.

4. Single Device Access

An account may be restricted to a single authorized device. Attempts to use an account on an unauthorized device may result in access being restricted.

5. Invite and Referral Codes

Invitation and referral codes are issued by authorized trainers or administrators. Codes may have usage limits, expiration dates, and other restrictions.

You must not share, sell, misuse, or attempt to circumvent restrictions associated with invitation codes.

6. Fitness Courses

The App may provide recorded and live fitness courses. Availability and access may depend on the course configuration, schedule, and applicable access period.

7. User Content and Communication

The App allows users and authorized personnel to communicate through private chats, groups, and broadcasts.

Users are responsible for content they submit, including text, images, videos, voice notes, and other material.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others.
• Send unlawful or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person.
• Distribute spam or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
• Circumvent access, invitation, or device restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its software, design, branding, course materials, and other content provided by the service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit App content without appropriate authorization.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, applicable law, security requirements, or other legitimate usage restrictions.

11. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account using the account deletion functionality available in the App.

Deletion may permanently remove applicable account and profile information and cannot be undone.

12. Fitness and Medical Disclaimer

Fitness content provided through the App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

13. Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of the App, service interruptions, user-generated content, or participation in fitness activities.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
