Invite Code Issues

Happy Health Ladies Fitness is an invite-only application. If your invitation or referral code is not working, please contact the trainer or administrator who provided the code.

Account and Sign-In Issues

The App supports Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. If you are unable to sign in or access your account, please provide details about the problem when contacting support.

Course Issues

For problems accessing recorded or live courses, please include the course name and a description of the problem.

Messages and Media

If you experience problems sending or receiving messages, images, videos, or voice notes, please describe the issue and, where possible, include the relevant details when contacting support.

Account Deletion

Account deletion can be initiated from within the application. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
