2. Account Information

The App uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for authentication. A phone number is not required to create an account.

Because the App is invite-only, users must provide a valid invitation or referral code supplied by an authorized trainer or administrator.

3. Profile Information

Information associated with your application profile may be stored to allow us to provide account, course, communication, and other application functionality.

4. Messages and User Content

The App provides private chats, groups, broadcasts, and other communication features. Messages may contain text, images, videos, and voice notes.

Content you send through the App may be stored so that it can be delivered and accessed by the intended recipients and participants.

5. Photos, Camera and Microphone

The App may request access to your camera, photo library, and microphone when you choose to use features that require them, such as sending images, recording voice notes, or capturing media.

These permissions are used only for the relevant application functionality.

6. Courses

The App provides recorded and live fitness courses. Course information may be stored to provide access to courses and related functionality.

Recorded courses may have a defined duration or number of days. Live courses may have defined start and end dates.

7. Data Storage and Service Providers

The App uses third-party infrastructure and services to provide its functionality. These may include Firebase services and Cloudflare R2 for storage and application infrastructure.

Firebase services used by the App may include Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, and App Check.

8. Push Notifications

The App may use push notifications to notify you about messages, courses, or other application activity. Notifications are provided using Firebase Cloud Messaging.

9. Crash and Diagnostic Information

The App may collect technical and diagnostic information through Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, improve stability, and troubleshoot technical problems.

10. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App's functionality, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business and security records.

Course-related data may be deleted when a course reaches its configured retention period. This may include related user profiles, groups, and attachments associated with the course.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the account deletion functionality provided in the App.

Account deletion is intended to remove the applicable account and profile information. Some information, such as existing messages or records that are required for legitimate operational, security, or legal purposes, may remain with the account marked as deleted where appropriate.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through the App. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adults and is not designed specifically for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

14. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party service providers to provide authentication, storage, messaging, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and other technical functionality.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
